Terms and Conditions for Delia’s Canary Catering (“DCC”)

Welcome to deliascanarycatering.co.uk ("This / the Site", "the Store"). By using this website, the user ("user" or "you") agree to the following terms of use and the general terms of use of deliascanarycatering.co.uk. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you should exit the Site. deliascanarycatering.co.uk is an official Site of Norwich City Football Club Plc (the "Club. The Club reserves the right to alter the contents of this Site at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this site implies that you agree to be bound by any updated version of this site. You may wish to open these terms and conditions in another browser window so you can print them out.
You will need to register with deliascanarycatering.co.uk to place an order for products through the Store.
In return for allowing you to use this Site and benefiting from our services, you agree that any information you provide us about yourself at any time will be true, accurate, current and complete and that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up to date. If incorrect information is supplied, any contractual obligation the Club has will immediately become null and void.
We will process your registration information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. To learn more about what information we collect, the measures we put in place to protect this information and how we use it we advise you to read the Privacy Policy.
The following conditions are applicable to all special offers promoted by DCC (an “Offer”).
DCC reserves the right to edit these terms and conditions at any time.
No offer shall be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
Each offer will be strictly subject to availability
The decision of the Manager is final and the Manager shall have the discretion to divert from these terms and conditions should he/she deem fit to do so.
Each Offer must be taken as stated and shall not be exchangeable for cash or any other alternative
DCC reserve the right to withdraw an Offer at any time without prior notice should in its reasonable opinion deem fit to do so.
Other Club discounts (including but not limited to Season Ticket and Member) cannot be used in conjunction with these Offers and are not applicable to DCC event bookings or Match day hospitality packages
Terms and Conditions for specific areas of Delia's Canary Catering ("DCC"): The following conditions are specific to each Offer.
Events
When purchasing tickets online, you will be issued with an email ticket. This should be treated as any regular ticket and you will be required to present this to gain access the event.
Please check your ticket details when they arrive as some mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.
In the unfortunate event that you may need to cancel your booking we can offer a refund if the cancellation is more than six weeks prior to the event date.
If you need to cancel within six weeks of the event date, the cost of the tickets cannot be refunded unless DCC are able to resell your tickets.
Tickets are non-transferable without prior agreement from DCC
DCC reserves the absolute right to cancel, postpone or re-arrange the time and/or date of any event due to issues arising out of or in connection with football fixtures, other sporting events taking place at Carrow Road Stadium, any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond DCC’s reasonable control.
DCC reserves the absolute right to delay access to the function suite due to issues arising out of or in connection with football fixtures, other sporting events taking place at Carrow Road Stadium, any other unforeseen circumstances or any circumstances beyond DCC’s reasonable control.
In the unfortunate event of bad weather (including, but not limited to icy roads and heavy snow) DCC will not be able to provide a refund if you or any of your guests are unable to attend on the date of the event.
DCC will ensure that the event will go ahead as planned.
Drinks Pre Orders are only available as a Pre Order and will not be available on the night.
Delia’s Canary Catering reserves the right to amend the menu without notification.
Delia’s Restaurant and Bar
For bookings in Delia’s Restaurant and Bar of 6 or more, and all bookings throughout the month of December and Mothering Sunday, a £10 non-refundable deposit is required per person. In the event that the number of diners reduces at a later date, such non-refundable deposits cannot be used against the final balance due on the night. Deposits are non-transferable without prior agreement from DCC.
Vouchers for Black Friday are only available to purchase between 07:00 on Friday 24th November 2023, through to 08:00 on Wednesday 29th November 2023 and can only be redeemed on Friday or Saturday evenings from 6th January until Saturday 9th March. Unredeemed vouchers cannot be exchange for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
The main course supplements are not included in the Black Friday offer, dishes with supplements can be added on the evening and paid for when dining.
DCC may increase prices above that which are advertised and are current or in circulation at the time of booking. The website price on the evening of dining is the one that is to be charged.
DCC reserves the absolute right to cancel, postpone or re-arrange the time and/or date of any event due to issues arising out of or in connection with football fixtures, other sporting events taking place at Carrow Road Stadium, any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond DCC’s reasonable control.
Season Ticket Holder discount only apply to food. Season Ticket Holder discount does not apply to Delia’s Dining Experience or Delia’s Dine & Stay Packages.
Yellows
For bookings in Yellows of 10 or more throughout the month of December, a £10 non-refundable deposit is required per person. In the event that the number of diners reduces at a later date, such non-refundable deposits cannot be used against the final balance due on the night. Deposits are non-transferable without prior agreement from DCC.
For tables of 10 or more we require a pre-order submitted to the restaurant the day before the booking.
The Yellows loyalty card offers one stamp per main meal and only one stamp per card, on five separate sittings, the sixth main meal is then free of charge. Excludes the Belly Buster Burger, Hanger Steak and extra sides, available non match days only.
Complimentary meals/prize vouchers exclude the Belly Buster Burger and Hanger Steak from offer.
Unredeemed vouchers cannot be exchange for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Children's menu applies to under 12s
The Valentines Day offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.

An Evening with...
Dress Code: Smart
To qualify for the Season Ticket Holder & Member price you must state the supporter number for each ticket you wish to purchase. You must bring your Season Ticket or Membership card with you on the night.
Checks will be made and failure to have a valid 23/24 card will result in non-entry.
Season Ticket Holder & Member tickets are limited availability.
All seating will be allocated on a strict first-come/first-served basis.
There will be no individual table hosts.
We cannot guarantee your seating and table choice will be available, allocated places may change.
Tickets purchased within 6 weeks from the event date are not eligible for a refund.
Delia’s Canary Catering reserves the right to amend the menu without notification.
Monthly feedback Prize draw - Win a meal for 2 in Delia's

Conditions of Registration
If you are under 18, you must ask your parent or a guardian before you:
- email the Site, or ask us to email anything to you;
- enter any competition;
- attempt to buy anything from the Store.

All intellectual property rights in the Site and the materials published on it including, without limitation, the design, text, graphics, trade marks, logos, audio and/or video content, the selection and arrangement thereof and software, are owned by deliascanarycatering.co.uk, the Club and/or their licensors and commercial partners and are protected by copyright, design right, trade mark rights and other intellectual property rights. All such rights are reserved.
Permission is granted to download the materials contained on this Site to a single personal computer and to print a single hard copy of such materials solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this Site, including reproduction, modification, distribution or republication, without the prior written permission of deliascanarycatering.co.uk, is strictly prohibited.

You will co-operate as fully as reasonably required by the Club in defence of any claim. The Club reserves the right, at their own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter and you shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of the Club.
Liability
Although the Club uses reasonable endeavors to ensure that information and material contained on the Site is correct, it does not make any representation or warranty that the information and/or material contained on or accessible via this Site is accurate, complete or current or that use of this Site is free of risk, viruses or other damage.

Where the Club gives you the option to subscribe to its email service which will update you with news or information which it considers to be of interest to you, your use of the content received through the email service will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by, and construed exclusively in accordance with, English law. Any dispute arising under these Terms of Use in every particular including formation and interpretation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts and, by using this Site you hereby submit to and waive any objections to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
