Our all-inclusive Daily Delegate Rates offer a choice of convenient solutions. We take care of everything so you can concentrate on the real business at hand. All packages include a wide variety of thoughtful touches to ensure a successful day – from a full set of conference stationery to a constant supply of iced water.
Naturally, we take great pride in the quality of our business lunches, however we take equal pride in our commitment to service and we can tailor make a business package to suit every individual situation. Free WI-FI access is available throughout many of our rooms but please don’t hesitate to ask if there’s anything else you require!
Essential Day Delegate Rate
@ £18 per person excluding VAT at 17.5%
(minimum 10 delegates)

24 Hour Option@ £130 per person excluding VAT at 17.5%

The very best of both worlds; a total care package. A comfortable and relaxing stay at the on-site Holiday Inn plus our undivided attention throughout the day. The 24hr rate includes everything you need to make your event a success.

· Two-course lunch followed by tea and coffee;

· Three course evening meal;
· Overnight accommodation at the Holiday Inn;

Sporting Daily Delegate Rate
@ £40 pp excluding VAT at 17.5%
(Minimum 10 delegates)
It’s true what they say - the team that plays together, works together! This daily delegate rate gives you the opportunity use Carrow Park’s outdoor sports facilities for up to 2 hours during your time with us. After a morning of creativeness, a satisfying lunch and a short afternoon session you can stroll over to our sports park and enjoy a game of football, basketball, netball, tennis or team building activities, we’ll provide a coach/referee - just to make sure there’s no cheating!
Our Sporting Daily Delegate Rate includes –
· Main meeting room hire and set up;
· Registration desk for delegates;
· Tea, coffee, and American muffins on arrival;
· Mid morning tea, coffee and biscuits;
· Two Course lunch followed by tea and coffee;
· Use of Carrow Park for up to 2hrs;
· Afternoon refreshments, chocolate bars and fresh fruit served at Carrow Park;
· Referee for your chosen sporting activity;
· Modern changing facilities (male and female);
· Flipchart easel pad and pens;

Half Day Daily Delegate Rate
@ £23.50 excluding VAT at 17.5%
(Minimum 15 delegates)
Why pay for a full day if you’ve got a room full of fast talkers? If you only need half a day to do business, then that’s all you have to pay for.
Our Half-Day daily delegate rate includes –
· Main meeting room hire and set up;
· Tea and coffee on arrival;
· Mid morning or mid afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits;
· Two-course lunch followed by tea and coffee;
· Jugs of iced water throughout the day;
